Character Name: Michael Sanford

Michael Sanford (Brett Cullen) and his wife (Tamlyn Tomita) return to his hometown to take over his family’s wine business only to discover they are not welcome. Michael witnesses a murder on the roadside and the police department hypnotizes him to see if he can remember anything that would help them find the killer.

Meanwhile, Michael is plagued by nightmares and hallucinations and experiences insomnia, which often prompts midnight drives. More murders occur and the police begin suspecting he knows more than he is telling…or worse.

Brett Cullen stands out in his performance as the troubled Sanford. The hypnosis scenes alone make this movie worth watching. Cullen is so convincing in his trance-like state that you will begin looking into the shadows around you as you watch the movie.
