Skateland explores the rupture of charismatic Ritchie Wheeler, brother and sister Brent and Michelle Burkham, and wise-cracking  lady-killer Kenny Crawford’s seemingly complacent existence as they struggle with the collapse of their tumultuous lives, the alcohol-induced idling of reckless adolescence, and the wane of their hometown hangout, the local roller rink.

Brett guest stars in “Castle” on ABC, Monday, January 10th. The episode title is “Poof! You’re Dead.”
In the episode the owner of Drake’s Magic Shop in New York is found drowned in Houdini’s famous water torture tank, and Castle and Beckett must venture into the world of magic to find the killer. The duo meet master magician Tobias Strange, played by Gilles Marini.
Meanwhile, the magicians aren’t the only ones keeping secrets, as a new romantic relationship is revealed for Esposito and Lanie.

From March 23: Brett heads to Shreveport next week to begin shooting a new TV series in Shreveport-Bossier City on March 29. “The Gates” is a one-hour drama set to air on ABC. The first 13 episodes will be shot at Stageworks in Shreveport and locations throughout the area. The show is about a big-city cop who becomes a police chief in a small suburban town, where there is more than meets the eye, the news release states. …

“Make It or Break It” is a one-hour scripted drama created and written by Holly Sorensen. Sorenson and Paul Stupin (“In Plain Sight”) serve as executive producers. Set in the world of competitive gymnastics, “Make It or Break It” follows a group of teen Olympic hopefuls as they train and prepare for their day in the spotlight. Brett plays one of the Olympian hopeful’s father, Mark Keeler.
