27 March 2010 No Comment

Question: Hi Brett. So you’re a cigar smoker? What kind of cigars do you enjoy? I think you are great. Todd

Brett: Hi Todd, I love the Montes #2 and I also love the Dominican Romeo and Julieta vintage Rubustos!

Question: Do you ever watch “I Love Lucy?” If so what is your favorite episode? I love the episode when she does the commerical and the candy factory. Rachel

Brett: Hey Rachel, That was one of my favorites but I also LOVED the Vega-vitamin episode…I think that’s what it was called. But she has to do this commercial and drink this elixir and gets drunk. It’s hysyerical!

Question: Hey Brett, I have a question: whats your middle name? I just want to know beacuse I’m naming my son Brett and I haven’t found the perfect middle name!! So thanks for your time! And I love your movies; I’ve seen every one. Niki

Brett: Hey Nikki, My middle name is Brett. My full name is Peter Brett Cullen but my Dad didn’t like Peter, so everyone called me Brett my whole life. Hope this helps and thanks for writing Niki!

Question: Hello Brett. Do you like martial arts? What are your favorite sports, and what actors would you like to have as partners in a movie? Christine

Brett: Hi Christine. My favorite sports are Surfing and Golf. I’ve never been into Martial Arts but I was a competitive Fencer (foil) in College. That was an exciting sport and I was very good at it. Thanks for writing and take care.

Question: Hello, I grew up in Wyoming and love the state. Could you tell me where you filmed “The Hired Heart?” I have enjoyed the movie. Thanks, VADA WILSON

Brett: Hi Vada. We filmed “The Hired Heart” in Calgary, Alberta. I love Wyoming and I spend a lot of time in Paradise Valley in Montana. My friend and I go fly fishing there every summer I can. But Calgary was a great location and it did look like we were in Wyoming, didn’t it?

Question: Hi, how are you? I want to ask you who are your favourite singers and what kind of music you like. I ‘m a songwriter and a composer but I’m wondering how I’m gonna sell my songs through the internet, from one country to another? What do you think about it? If you can give me your opinion on this subject. Can you give me a top ten of the songs you like the most (gold and oldies). Thanks for answering. with love, Marie-Claude.

Brett: Hi Marie-Claude. It would be very hard to write down my favorite songs as my tastes run the musical gamut. Artists whose work I like are Van Morrison, John Hyatt, Joni Mitchell, Bruce Springsteen, Beatles, Nora Jones Stones, Aaron Copeland, Warren Zevon, Dave Matthews, Johnny Cash, Tom Waits, Willy DeVille….It goes on and on. I don’t know what to suggest about selling your music on the internet…Good Luck!

Question: Brett, I recently saw the movie “The Hired Heart” and was wondering if you could tell me the name of the piano piece your character played in the movie. It was not listed in the credits and I would like to find the sheet music to the song if it is available, so I’d appreciate the help. Good luck in all your future endeavors! Sabrina W.

Brett: Hi Sabrina. I wish I could help you with the name of the piece but it was an original that was written for the show. Thanks for watching “The Hired Heart” and again I’m sorry that I can’t be more helpful. All the Best!

Question: Hey Brett, I have seen you in many movies and on television. My favorite is “The Young Riders” though and I was wondering if you have any idea when they are planning to release it on DVD? I would really like to add it to my video library. Thanks, Vivian.

Brett: Hi Vivian, Thanks for writing to me and I’m glad you enjoyed “The Young Riders.” But I have no idea if or when they would put the show on DVD. I’m sorry but I really have no information for you regarding that show.
