Character Name: Pete

“Something Borrowed, Something Blue” is based on a novel by Jillian Karr and stars Connie Selleca, Twiggy Lawson and Shawnee Smith as a trio of brides-to-be who are hiding secrets from their unsuspecting prospective husbands.

Sellecca plays fashion-magazine editor Monique, who at first is delighted to be hooked up with publisher Richard (Jameson Parker). But soon Monique finds herself attracted to her mother’s carpenter, Pete (Brett Cullen), who is building a gazebo in her mother’s back yard. Pete is the exact opposite of Richard and Monique cannot help but be drawn to him.

Monique and the other brides find themselves faced with complications and decisions none of them are ready to make.
