“Make It or Break It” is a one-hour scripted drama created and written by Holly Sorensen. Sorenson and Paul Stupin (“In Plain Sight”) serve as executive producers. Set in the world of competitive gymnastics, “Make It or Break It” follows a group of teen Olympic hopefuls as they train and prepare for their day in the spotlight. Brett plays one of the Olympian hopeful’s father, Mark Keeler.

Mark Keeler uprooted his career so daughters Payson and Becca could train at The Rock. But the move hasn’t always been easy on the family. When Mark lost his high-paying job, he secretly took a low-paying one to make ends meet. Payson was embarrassed and angry when she found out, but she soon realized that her dad did what he had to do to provide for them.

So, when Mark was offered his old job back, hundreds of miles away, he took it — even though it meant living far from home. He may be gone most of the time, but Mark’s still very much in his family’s life — and in Payson’s cheering section. He surprised her at Nationals and sat front-row-and-center to watch her compete. And she she h ad an accident, he was the first one by her side.

Whatever lies ahead for Payson and the rest of the Keelers, Mark will see them through it, no matter where he hangs his hat.

I have been a long time fan of yours starting with your playing Sam Cane in the series The Young Riders. You are great in anything that you are in even when you are the bad guy (The Replacements). I hope that you will be in more episodes of Make it or Break it this season.
